Cedar Park sits nestled on the edge of the Texas Hill County, located just Northwest of Austin.  Cedar Park is one of the most rapidly growing cities in the Austin Metro area and in Texas.  It has twice been named the 4th fastest growing city in the country by the US Census Bureau.  With the successful development of the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center people, businesses and new jobs have begun flocking to Cedar Park.  The population tripled from 26,000 in 2000 to over 64,000 in 2015!   Newly opened restaurants, hotels and shopping centers have started popping up all over Cedar Park, particularly along FM 1431, which connects Cedar Park to Round Rock.  City government is small business friendly and the neighborhoods tend to be family oriented.  Commutes to downtown Austin and Round Rock are between 30-45 minutes.  Homes sell for between $170,000-900,000.  However, the bulk of homes sell for between $250,000-$425,000 and range in size from 1,400 square feet to 3,500 and beyond.

Cedar Park has 860 acres of park space, there is something for everyone in Cedar Park.  Offering residents a litany of events and activities including hiking, boating, dining, on street and off road cycling, access to Lake Travis, water sports, live music, fine wine, and shopping.  National online real estate brokerage firm Movato, has named Cedar Park the Fifth Most Desirable Suburb in the Country as it relates to cost of living, quality of education, unemployment rate, average household income, and safety.  Family Circle Magazine named Cedar Park on of the  Ten Best Towns for Families and Forbes Magazine has named Cedar Park to its list of America’s Fastest-Growing Suburbs.  It is currently the third largest city in the Austin metro area.  Cedar Park has also been named as one of the 50 Safest Cities in Texas list by SafeWise Security Corporation.  Cedar Park is growing like gangbusters and we see no data indicating that will change anytime soon.
